I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Growing up playing softball and volleyball helped shape my passion for movement, health, and helping others stay active.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through hiking and strength training, as well as spending time at the beach, crocheting, and making memories with friends and family.
I aspire to become a Physical Therapist so I can continue helping others become the best version of themselves. I am passionate about supporting people as they build strength, regain confidence, improve their independence, and return to the activities they love most. My goal is to make a positive impact by encouraging healthier, more active lifestyles and helping others feel empowered in their everyday lives.
