Clinical Education Experience
Students completing clinical rotations at Core Performance PT gain experience in:
- Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation - managing both post-operative and non-operative cases.
- Evidence-Based Practice - integrating current research into individualized treatment plans.
- Manual Therapy & Exercise Interventions - applying hands-on techniques and exercise progressions under supervision.
- Technology-Assisted Rehabilitation - exposure to advanced tools such as Normatec Compression Therapy, Vald ForceDecks, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and LightForce Laser therapy.
- Patient-Centered Care - working with a wide range of populations, including competitive athletes, active adults, and older adults seeking to maintain independence.
Learning Environment
Our therapists are dedicated to mentorship and prioritize creating a supportive environment that encourages clinical reasoning, skill development, and professional growth. Students are expected to actively engage in patient care under supervision, participate in case discussions, and develop confidence in both clinical and communication skills.
