Caitlin Stephens Lead Physical Therapy Aide, Marketing Assistant
Caitlin was born in Laguna Hills. She was involved in a variety of sports during her years in high school. She participated in Cross Country, Track and Field, Water Polo, and Swim. Caitlin really loved being in a team environment as water polo was her favorite sport because of how she was able to work alongside others to reach a common goal.
She is currently enrolled at Cal State Fullerton and is majoring in Kinesiology working towards her Bachelors degree. Caitlin hopes to eventually transfer to Cal State Long Beach to get her DPT degree.
While working at Core Performance, she hopes to be able to learn more about this field, as well as expand her knowledge on fitness. She’s very passionate about health and wellness and is always looking to learn more about the human body and movement. Caitlin is also really interested in and would love to learn more about Pilates as she is hoping to eventually become a pilates instructor. Another one of my goals is to be more involved in Pilates and eventually to become a Pilates instructor.
In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, hanging out at the beach, styling outfits and taking photos. Caitlin is also a big K-Pop fan and loves going to their concerts!
