Medinat Sulaiman Physical Therapy Aide
Medinat was born in London, England, and raised in California, where her love for the arts began at an early age. Starting with the saxophone and eventually discovering her true passion for dance, she immersed herself in the art form throughout high school before earning her BFA in Dance from San Diego State University.
On the path to a career in Physical Therapy, Medinat is excited to join Core Performance Physical Therapy as a PT Aide, where she hopes to deepen her knowledge of movement analysis, exercise education, and manual therapy techniques. Her long-term goal is to specialize in physical therapy care for artists and artistic athletes, combining her artistic background with her passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Medinat trains in Capoeira - a dynamic Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends dance, acrobatics, and music. She also enjoys crocheting, practicing yoga, and exploring the outdoors. Through all her pursuits, she strives to stay connected to movement, creativity, and community.
