Abraham Miramontes Physical Therapy Aide
I was born and raised in Orange County, where I grew up as a very athletic kid, constantly involved in sports and fitness. At the age of 13, I faced one of the hardest challenges of my life when I developed anorexia nervosa. With the guidance and care of doctors, nurses, therapists, and dietitians, I was able to overcome that chapter, and their impact inspired me to one day help others on their own health journeys.
In high school, I stayed active through wrestling, track and field, and weightlifting, which later sparked my passion for bodybuilding. That passion led me to pursue my education at California State University, Fullerton, where I majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and earned my bachelor's degree. After taking some time away, I am excited to return to the healthcare field, now gaining hands-on experience as a Physical Therapy Aide while continuing to grow toward a long-term career helping others improve their health and fitness.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy going to the beach, movies, and amusement parks, as well as spending time with family and friends while trying new foods. I have also competed in two bodybuilding competitions, which reflects the dedication I bring to both my personal and professional life. One of my lifelong goals is to travel the world and experience different cultures.
